After a welcome drink, you will indulge in a 5-course tasting menu where you will get to taste a modern reinterpretation of traditional Central American recipes. Her delicious and flavorful menus continue to be predominately seafood based and can be adapted to vegetarian upon request, as much as possible gluten & sugar-free. Some of her new creative versions include buttermilk scallops, cod masala with guava mole, Salvadoran pupusas with black bean truffle, and her delicious Nicaraguan tres leches with artisanal rosewater sorbet.
